The aim is to organise a rally from North-Cape NORWAY to Dakar SENEGAL,

with huge Rock'n roll concerts in each country ..... which allows as many handicapped people as possible to join the tour and reach the final goal: DAKAR.

The organisers should make it possible for 5 million people to safely take part in this rally ......and help the 3 African countries MOROCCO, MAURITANIA and, SENAGAL through which the rally passes to develop.....the best hospitals, motor-ways, rail-ways, schools, food and water supplies.........

 This project should also be seen as a logistical training exercise, to see how millions of people can in the shortest time be moved from Europe to Africa in case of a nuclear power plant accident, like Chernobyl or a terrorist bacteriological attack on our ground ........

 

 

Rallye culturel Nordkapp-Dakar

 

 

  Målet er å arrangere et rally fra Nordkapp, Norge, til Dakar, Senegal, med store rockn`n roll konserter i hvert land underveis. Dette for at så mange handicappede som mulig gis anledning til å delta på turen frem til målet: Dakar. Opptil 5 millioner deltagere vil uten risiko kunne delta i løpet .... og hjelpe de tre afrikanske landene de passerer underveis; Marokko, Mauretania og Senegal, i å utvikle gode sykehus, veier, toglinjer, skoler, mat og vannforsyninger.
Dette prosjektet kan også ses som en kjempestor test i logistikk for å se hvor raskt flere millioner mennesker raskest mulig vil kunne forflytte seg fra Europa til Afrika i tilfelle atomkraftulykke, som Tjernobyl, eller et kjemisk angrep fra terrorister.

Das Ziel ist eine Rallye vom Nordkap in NORWEGEN bis nach Dakar in SENEGAL zu organisieren.

Mit riesigen Rock 'n' Roll Konzerten in jedem Land ... an dem allen Menschen mit Behinderung die Möglichkeit gegeben wird sich der Tour anzuschließen und das Ziel zu erreichen: DAKAR.

Die Organisation soll es 5 Millionen Menschen möglich machen, unter strengster Sicherheit teilzunehmen... und die 3 afrikanischen Länder : MAROKKO, MAURITIUS und SENEGAL in ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen ... mit den besten Krankenhäusern, Autobahnen, Eisenbahnen, Schulen, Essen und Wasserversorgung...

Dieses Projekt soll darüberhinaus als militärisches Training betrachtet werden, um zu sehen, wie Millionen von Menschen im Falle eines Unfalles in einem Kernkraftwerk, wie Chernobyl, oder einem terroristischen Angriff mit bakterologischen Stoffen in kürzester Zeit von Europa nach Afrika ziehen können.....

La meta es organizar una carrera rallye desde el cabo norte de noruega hasta Dakar Senegal, acompanada de concierto de rock and roll en cada pais atravesado dando la posibilidad a persona minusvalida de unirse a esta vuelta hasta Dakar La organizacion debe permitir que 5 millones de personas asisten a esta manifestacion con una seguridad maxima y de desarrollar 3 paises africanos, Marruecos, Mauritania y Senegal con hospitales, autovias, ferroccariles, escuelas y ayudar llevando a esos lugares el agua y la comida necesarias. Este proyecto deberia ser entendido como una maniobra militar permitiendo imaginar como se podrian transladar millones de personas en caso de una catastrofe nuclear o de un ataque virico en territorio eureupeo.....

In each countries, I want to build a national committee to take responsibility for the organisation of these 2 projects :
1- Declaration of the First World Peace ---------
2- North-cap - Dakar
 
I'm looking for individuals who have the knowledge and ability to hold the positions of President, Director, secretary, advertising manager, redactor- editor- journalists for the magazine

 DRAKKAR-DAKAR......Lawyers.....etc. ............these projects are to be seen as being of an international and worldwide significance.
As the organisation Committee, these individuals will have to deal with world, national and local sponsors, the distribution and selling of merchandise, talking with Politicians, State Presidents, Kings, Queens,and journalists.........being always in contact with the Committees of other countries.......It will require the individuals to be responsible for the management of millions of Euro, and to be prepared to fly to other countries to take part in national and international meetings

50% of the members of this German committee should be Women and 50% men
50% should come from families with handicapped members and 50% from families without handicap.
One of the German Committee will become a full time member of the International Committee.
These are not primarily humanitarian, religious or charity projects as everything is aimed at changing people’s mentalities, the politics, the greed for money..... The goal is to live in a better world and here is one means to reach this goal.
Everyone can join the trip.......

Je suis à la recherche de personnes qui auraient les compétences de remplir les fonctions suivantes: président, directeur, manager,avocats, rédacteur-éditeur - Journalistes pour le magazine : WORLD-PEACE.......etc...

ces 2 projets sont à regarder à une échelle internationale..

En tant que responsable de l'organisation, ces personnes auront à négocier avec les sponsors Nationaux et internationaux , la distribution et la vente de tous les produits dérivés, discuter avec les chefs d' états, rois, reines, journalistes.....en étant toujours connecté avec tous les autres comités nationaux....... ils auront aussi à jongler avec des millions d'euros et a se déplacer en avion d'un pays à un autre pour prendre part aux meetings nationaux et internationaux .

Ce comité Allemand sera constitué à 50% de femmes et 50% d'hommes et

parité totale, donc à 50% d' Handicapés et à 50% de non Handicapés.

Une personne de ce comité sera membre à part entière du Comité International

Ce ne sont pas des projets humanitaires, religieux, de charité car tout est conçu pour changer les mentalités des peuples, les politiques, la course à l' argent....

Le but est de construire un monde meilleur et ceci en est un sentier...

Wie in Frankreich und anderen Ländern, möchte ich auch hier in Deutschland ein nationales Komitee bilden, das die Verantwortung für die Organisation der folgenden 2 Projekte übernehmen soll:

1. Die Deklaration des ersten Weltfriedens

2. Nordkap - Dakar

Ich suche nach Idividuen, die das Wissen und die Fähigkeit besitzen, die Position eines Präsidenten, Direktors, Geschäftsführers, Werbeleiters, Redakteurs für das Magazin WORLD-PEACE, Richters übernehmen können. Diese Projekte sollen als jene mit internationaler und weltweiter Bedeutung betrachtet werden.

Die Mitglieder des Organisationskomitees werden u.a. mit weltweiten, nationalen und lokalen Sponsoren verhandeln, die Versendung und den Verkauf von Gütern regeln, mit Politikern, Präsidenten, Königen, Königinnen und Journalisten kommunizieren... in stetem Kontakt mit den Komiteen anderer Länder sein... es wird den Individuen abverlangt für die Verwaltung von Millionen von Euros verantwortlich zu sein, sowie bereit zu sein, in andere Länder zu fliegen, um an nationalen und internationalen Treffen teilzunehmen.

Es sind nicht primär humanitäre, religiöse oder wohltätige Projekte mit dem Zweck, die Mentalität von Menschen, die Politik, die Gier nach Geld zu ändern... Das Ziel ist in einer besseren Welt zu leben, und hier ist ein Weg, um das Ziel zu erreichen.

Jeder kann mitmachen.

Declaration of the 1rst World Peace on August 3rd, 2014,

 

On August 3rd, Germany did declare war to France and so began the 1rst World War.

 

But on Christmas eve 1914; the French and German soldiers did stop fighting and killing, went out of the trenches to start and play a foot ball game on the front line ....

Not so long ago a film has been shot on this event.

 

And on August 3rd, 2014, 100 years later , I want to celebrate at the  STADE de FRANCE , in Paris the declaration of the 1rst World Peace by organising a foot ball match between the French and German national teams , inviting the French President and the Chancelor of Germany , as well all the Kings, Queens, Presidents, Princes of each state which did take part in the 1rst World War as you can see on the copy of the letter I sent to the President of the STade de France , set on my blog.

As I present my project to the French president, Mr Nicolas SARKOZY,asking him to rule the organisation of such an European - World event aimes to change in a positive way the mentality of many .......................

 

Mrs the Chancelor of Germany,Mrs Angela MERKEL I ask you , in the case the Palais de l' Elysée  would refuse this European - World  Peace event takes place in Paris, if you would agree I start the organisation and set it in the Olympic Stadium in Berlin ..............  on august 3rd , 2014 .

 

To reserve a stadium in the aim to organise such an event I need to be in time and it's now I've to start , 5-6 years before, like a candidature for the Olympic games .......

 

So is the reason why I get in contact with you and would areciate to read in a near futur your answer concerning this proposal....

 

Because I aim to get by this way the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo Norway , next year in december 2009 ................................

 

 Olympic Games - Paralympic Games  

 

Once the Olympic and Paralympic Games are over , the former French President, Mr Jacques CHIRAC had for tradition to invite and receive at the  "palais de l' Elysée " the Olympic and Paralympic

Sportsmen-Women vinner of Gold, silver, bronze medails...to congratulate them ........................

 

But as you can read it on my blog , the IOC, certifying it, the Pralympic games are NO Olympic Games......

 

So is the reason why I asked the French President ; Mr Nicolas SARKOZY, not to hold this tradition , and to invite one cathegory of athletes at a time ....explaining his folk why the reason of his choice, in the aim not to bring people to continue to believe that the Paralympics are Olympic Games .

 

I also asked the IOC president to inform all state Presidents , Gouvernors...to follow these rules and be honest with HIS Olympic decision ( and the one of the former IOC president, Mr Juan Antonio Samaranch ) , to hold the Handicaped people to be of second class category ......

 

So, when each human being will be informated that the Paralympic Games are NO Olympic Games , the words of JOHN LENNON : and

the world will be one from his song Imagine will become true .

When I mean the front pages, I talk about the Chinese, Russian, North Korean, Birman papers..... because I will crush the censure even in Iran, Irak, Egypt,

Saoudie- Arabia...letting me the opportunity to be in contact with 6 666 666 665 human beings at the sa me time......... SO IS  the real power

 

In the following pages , I underlined in red the exact points which will bring me so powerful, because in one way, one billion Muslims will react in the same way as in 1989 when Salman RUSHDIE did publish his book : THE SATANIC VERSES . POUTINE, The Kings of : Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Thailand, the Emperor of Japan , the Taliban .......... and the children who are actually dying of hunger........ (BUT before I will have brought the world hunger problem to be solved !!!!!) .
